  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
    • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, illness, or supply issues).
  1. Services & Responsibilities
    • All electrical work is carried out in accordance with current UK regulations (including BS 7671 Wiring Regulations).
    • Certificates of compliance (e.g. EICR, PAT Certificates) will be provided where required.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that we have clear access to the site/property and that it is safe for work to be carried out.
    • You must inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or other safety risks at the premises.
  1. Liability
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business, or goodwill) arising out of the use of our services or website.
    • Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
    • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including strikes, supplier delays, or natural disasters).

    • All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the completion date, unless otherwise stated.
    • Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied products and materials.

    • Faults arise from misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance.
