• All electrical work is carried out in accordance with current UK regulations (including BS 7671 Wiring Regulations).
• Certificates of compliance (e.g. EICR, PAT Certificates) will be provided where required.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that we have clear access to the site/property and that it is safe for work to be carried out.
• You must inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or other safety risks at the premises.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business, or goodwill) arising out of the use of our services or website.
• Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.
